Jennifer Grieves - Leadership Experience in the U.S. Marine Corps

Jennifer Grieves is an experienced program and personnel manager who held roles such as Marine Corps Air Station director. Based in New River, North Carolina, she was responsible for operations and training, and oversaw an aviation program with a budget exceeding $2.5 million. Jennifer Grieves also worked to ensure proper conduct among 4,300 enlisted personnel across seven flying squadrons.

Ms. Grieves' leadership background extends to a role as executive director and chief of staff at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. In this position, she guided the initial processing of hundreds of Naval Academy midshipmen into the U.S. Marine Corps. Among the functions she oversaw were safety, logistics, and risk and financial management.

Ms. Grieves attended the University of Maryland, College Park, earning her bachelor’s degree in criminology. She holds a graduate degree in military studies completed at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. Among her professional accomplishments has been earning the Air Medal for Individual Action and the Meritorious Service Medal. Jennifer Grieves enjoys activities such as Airstream camping, reading, and attending the theater in her free time.
